The agreement
Using buygumitide.com or placing an order means you accept these terms. They exist so both sides know the rules; the plain-English translation of each section is genuinely what we mean.
What we sell
Gumitide is a dietary supplement for adults 18 and over. It is not a medicine. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is education, not medical advice; your doctor outranks our copy every time.
Orders, pricing, and mistakes
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Every order is a single one-time charge; there are no subscriptions on this site. We work hard to keep pricing and stock accurate, and if a genuine error slips through, we will contact you to fix or cancel the affected order rather than quietly holding you to it. We may decline orders that look fraudulent or that resellers place; Gumitide is not authorized for resale anywhere.
Refunds
Every order carries a 60-day money-back guarantee, described in full in the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Our content
The text, images, logo, and design of this site belong to Brightloom Brands, LLC or its licensors. Quote us with a link and we will be flattered; copy the site wholesale and we will not be.
Liability, in proportion
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and does not let us waive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts covering Des Moines, IA. Before it gets that far, email support@buygumitide.com; nearly everything is fixable in one thread.
